The CNHA is looking for New Board Members for the 2024-2025 Season

Amy Nightingale - President

Andrew Tavender - VP AAA
Will be responsible for U15/17/18 AAA
Engage with AAA leagues and communicate important updates and dates. Train and support AAA managers, treasurers and score keepers.
Ensure efficient coordination of AAA tryouts – Training and supporting tryout coordinators to execute overall tryout plan
Investigate and resolve AAA concerns escalated from Parent Liaison and refer to Dispute Resolution committee as needed.
Terry Schulte - VP AA
Will be responsible for U13/15/16/18AA

Will be responsible for coordinating Northstars Cares program including Charity Partnerships and financial assistance.

Will recruit and coordinate volunteers for various events throughout the year and will recruit and lead the Dispute Resolution Committee.

Will be responsible for creating and coordinating Parent Liaison roles for all teams and provide support and guidance throughout season to positively and effectively resolve conflicts.
