Below are the 2021-22 Registration Fees Breakdown by Age Division/AA/AAA. In reviewing these please note that some of these inputs are fixed costs across all age groups/divisions (photos, yearbook and banquet) and some are variable such as Home Game Costs (we use the average # of home games in a season), Development Resources and Coaching Fees.
At the end of each table is a summary of the expenses incurred by each team vs the registration fees collected and the variance between two. All age divisions are subsidized by additional revenue sources outside of our annual registration fees- these include Bingo’s , Casinos, Sponsorship, 50/50 Raffles and off-season Development Programs. As a board we endeavor each year to explore additional revenue sources to support expenditures without raising registration fees. With this in mind we encourage you to support these additional revenue generating sources as much as possible -they all support additional resources for your players throughout the season.
Of note is that in completing this exercise we identified a gap in the amount of the historical subsidy applied to the U15AA program vs our other AA programs – we will keep U15AA fees static for this year but for next year we will be adjusting those fees to line up with the other AA divisions (subsidy of $200-300 per player avg.) We will communicate this change in June of 2022 when we have completed that year’s fiscal budget.
Please feel free to reach out to myself if you have any questions regarding any of the information provided- we are committed to being transparent and believe that a thorough understanding of the financial structure of the association will help our goal of using additional revenue sources to provide the best experience for our players while keeping registration fees as lean as possible.
